Seagate Seatools Error Code: E694A4E4

Seagate’s Seatools is an easy-to-use diagnostic tool for SATA / SAS hard drives. However, if you have received the error code of “E694A4E4” recently with your hard drive, that basically means even Seagate doesn’t know the reason behind this.
Seagate’s official advise is to RMA the hard drive, as there is “something” wrong with the hard drive, when Seatools generate any error code. You can send the hard drive back to them with the code.
Do let us know if you have experienced the similar situation with unknown Seatools code(s) and your experience with Seagate’s support.
